FIREBOX GRILL
TERRATON 200

The Terraton 200 features an openable, insulated firebox lid, allowing for versatile cooking options over a live fire. With the stainless steel grill grates adjustable at four different heights, you can smoke food slowly, grill, reverse sear, or use traditional Carolina-style direct-heat cooking.
For optimal direct-heat performance, we recommend using a bed of charcoal and adding small wood splits for an extra burst of flame if needed. After using the pit in offset mode, the same fire can be repurposed for grilling and searing.

When not used as an additional heat shield for the top lid, the 8mm-thick steel plancha provides a generous cooking surface for vegetables, smash burgers, and other items. The plancha can also function as an additional charcoal tray, allowing users to build a fire directly on it for traditional grilling and searing, while positioning grill grates above.​

When operating in offset mode, we recommend removing the grill grates from the firebox to maintain optimal airflow. A dedicated shelf beneath the cooking chamber is provided for convenient storage. However, the plancha can safely remain in the top position, acting as an additional air gap between the fire and the lid.​
FRACTAL​
The Fractal range includes an optional slide-in 8mm carbon steel grill grate for the firebox. This heavy-duty grate is perfect for searing at high temperatures directly in the firebox after a low & slow cook.​
When switching back to offset smoking, simply remove and store the grate on the dedicated shelf beneath the cooking chamber to ensure optimal airflow and consistent temperatures.
ELEMENT
Element features an optional openable firebox lid upgrade with hot-swappable 6mm carbon steel grill grate and plancha inserts. Cook directly over the live fire, or prepare food on the plancha without needing to pause cooking.​
When smoking, the plancha can remain in place, doubling as a heat shield to create an insulating air gap between the fire and the top lid.
